Kouklinos participated in a seminar titled “Innovation and Technology in the Production, Safety, and Quality of Cretan Products.” The event was an initiative of Kappa Studies, in collaboration with the Bio-Research Laboratories of Crete and the Panhellenic Association of Food Technologists.
